freshRADIO is an online podcasting site, whose content is created, developed, recorded and edited ENTIRELY by Kingston University students.
The podcasts can be about anything - your sports club or society, sports or hobbies in general, student advice, gossip, music, a clubnight you run at any of KUSU's bars, a play you have written, a comedy show, politics, entertainment - you name it! All we ask that none of the material in your shows is derogatory or offensive.
We have a mixing desk, a MacBook Pro (with Garageband for editing, although we are looking to get Logic in the near future), four microphones with stands and a headphone set. All the equipment is portable. We tend to do the shows in the offices above KUSU but in special circumstances can come to you! Often, podcasters with their own Macs or means of editing do so at home - if you have a laptop of your own and are happier recording straight onto that you are more than welcome, but for those that don't, our Mac is at your disposal.
